There is no refund on testing once processed. If you change your mind within 24 hours of ordering please contact us for a refund.
You will receive refund of test minus processing fee from payment.
Supplements
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on supplements once they have been opened or used. This is for your safety and to maintain the quality of our products.
If you received the wrong item, or if there’s an issue with the product’s quality (such as damage or defects), please reach out to us within 7 DAYS of receiving your order so we can rectify the problem immediately.
